Fast delivery and nice packaging

I had a very positive experience with The HiFi Cat. The items I ordered were exactly as described, and I was very satisfied with the overall service.

Shipping to Germany took less than a week, which was faster than I expected. The customs charges were a small surprise, as this was not completely obvious to me from the website, but it was not a problem and makes sense in hindsight.

The package was exceptionally well packed, and everything arrived safely and in perfect condition at my door. I really appreciated the care taken with the packaging.

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy HiFi accessories from The HiFi Cat again in the future. Highly recommended!

I am extremely happy with the FiiO M21. It has finally allowed me to enjoy my music in the quality I was looking for.

I currently use it with Deezer HiFi, and the listening experience has been fantastic. The sound quality is excellent, the device is easy to use, and everything runs smoothly. It feels well built and performs exactly as I hoped.

For anyone looking to get into high-quality portable audio, I can definitely recommend the FiiO M21. It has been a great purchase, and I am very satisfied with it.

Delivery was supposed to be end of September and now we are in Mid October and still do delivery.

Loss and then Found

Ordered a FiiO M21. I've had the M21 for a few days and the sound is outstanding. More outstanding than the M21 is the customer service The CUSTOMER SERVICE from The HiFi Cat ! I received the tracking information and my M21 delivered to someone else's mailbox by USPS. Following the investigation by USPS it was determined that it was a deliver error by the carrier. I received an email from USPS taking responsibility. I forwarded the to The WiFi Cat with an explanation. I guess they were about to settle the claim with USPS. My next communication was a new tracking number (expedited) from The HiFi Cat. Excellent !
