Introducing the latest model from Yanyin Technology, the "Carmen." Equipped with a 10-BA (balanced armature) four-way configuration, "Carmen" is our newest flagship in pure BA driver monitoring, developed through extensive research and building on the success of our Moonlight series tuning.

Features

Ten BA Drivers: The "Carmen" model is equipped with ten balanced armature drivers. For the low frequencies, it uses four Sonion drivers, which overcome the typical limitations of balanced armature bass response. This configuration offers the energy and impact of dynamic drivers, paired with the excellent transient response and texture characteristic of balanced armatures. In the midrange, two Sonion drivers deliver a rich and smooth tonal quality, maintaining a consistently impressive sound. The high frequencies are handled by two full-size Sonion drivers, ensuring high-quality reproduction with a pleasant smoothness. Additionally, a custom dual driver is dedicated to the ultra-high frequencies, enhancing extension, resolution, overall sound layering, and soundstage.
Phase Synchronization Compensation Technology: "Carmen" features phase synchronization compensation technology, a rare and challenging feat in multi-BA setups. Our extensive research experience allowed us to achieve exceptionally low distortion and balanced frequency response, ensuring clear separation and seamless integration across the frequency spectrum. This results in highly accurate sound reproduction.
Handcrafted Medical-Grade Resin Construction: The handcrafted design uses medical-grade resin, combining purple hues with a starry theme to create a striking and charming aesthetic, embodying the exotic allure of the music piece "Carmen."
New HFI Upgraded Cable: Standard with 0.78mm 2-pin CIEM connectors, the upgraded cable features new hardware plugs and a splitter. Available in 3.5mm (with optional 2.5mm & 4.4mm) configurations, the high-quality single crystal copper cable consists of four strands, single crystal copper, 22AWG, and 140 cores.
