The FiiO LS-RC 2026 pairs silver-plated single-crystal copper conductors with an eight-core braid and interchangeable source plugs. Connect compatible 0.78mm 2-pin earphones to either a 3.5mm single-ended output or a 4.4mm balanced output without changing the entire cable.
FiiO specifies high-purity single-crystal copper with silver plating for the LS-RC 2026. The conductor design focuses on low resistance and dependable signal transmission. Individual strand insulation and the braided layout form a substantial yet wearable cable for everyday listening.
The copper conductors undergo a manufacturer-specified -192°C liquid-nitrogen cryogenic process. FiiO describes this treatment as a way to reduce internal material stress and refine conductor performance. The treatment applies to the conductors only, excluding the protective jacket.
Each of the eight braided cores contains 18 individual strands, for 144 strands overall. Each strand measures 0.08mm in diameter and is individually insulated. The specified conductor cross-section is 25AWG per pole.
A semi-transparent German-imported TPU jacket protects the conductors while keeping the cable comfortable to handle. FiiO describes the material as resistant to abrasion and ageing, with flexibility in cooler conditions. Shaped over-ear guides follow the ear contour to help keep the cable in position and reduce pulling during wear.
The straight-in rotating-lock plug system allows convenient changes between the included 3.5mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced plugs. The 4.4mm plug is installed at the factory. Release the locking mechanism before changing plugs and secure it again before use.
Designed for earphones with compatible flat 0.78mm 2-pin sockets. Confirm socket shape and fit before ordering; not all recessed or shrouded 2-pin designs are compatible. This cable is not an MMCX or Pentaconn Ear cable. Use the 4.4mm plug only with a compatible balanced headphone output.
A new tariff system will take effect across all 27 EU member states starting 1 July 2026.
