The DR70 combines a proprietary discrete R-2R ladder for PCM with a true 1-bit DSD path, managed by a custom FPGA and clocked by a femtosecond-grade CK-01 module. With XMOS XU316 USB, Roon Bridge / AirPlay / UPnP / NAA streaming, and Bluetooth 5.0 (LDAC/aptX/AAC/SBC), DR70 is a modern hub for high-resolution playback up to PCM 768 kHz/32-bit and DSD512. Simultaneous RCA + XLR outputs, three digital filters (incl. NOS) and DSD passthrough complete the package.

• Proprietary Discrete R-2R Module (25-bit complementary): Resistor-based ladder conversion for PCM with direct, natural timbre and micro-detail.
• True 1-bit DSD Converter: Native DSD64–DSD512 path; in DIRECT DSD mode the bitstream feeds the 1-bit switching array without PCM conversion.
• FPGA Core: Custom logic for clock management, digital shaping, DoP demux, and seamless PCM/DSD depop switching.
• Femtosecond-grade CK-01 Clock: Ultra-low phase-noise master clock reduces jitter for improved imaging and focus.
• Three Digital Filters + NOS: Choose classic OS filters or NOS for minimal preprocessing; supports DSD passthrough.
