A Compact Powerhouse — The RU7 redefines what ultra-portable audio can achieve, featuring a discrete resistor-ladder 1-bit DAC, powerful parallel amplifiers, DSD256 support, and shared line-outs — all inside a CNC-milled chassis just 66mm long. It’s an irresistible upgrade for purists and power-users alike.
The 1-bit DAC in RU7 is fully discrete and operates via 128 thin-film resistors (4×32) in a precision network. Audio signal is converted through a high-speed LPF and then passed to the analog stage. To retain fidelity, all audio — whether PCM or DSD — is converted to DSD format before DAC processing.
RU7 also features a three-segment resistor network volume control system with 100 steps, enabling extremely precise low-volume output suitable for sensitive IEMs.
The dual-channel amplifier works in parallel to boost power while maintaining balance and low distortion. You can switch either 3.5mm or 4.4mm port into dedicated line-out mode — perfect for connecting to amps or speakers while bypassing volume control.

A new tariff system will take effect across all 27 EU member states starting 1 July 2026.
