⚠️ Important Notice: EU Customs Reform Effective 1 July 2026

In accordance with the latest EU Council regulations and customs guidelines, a new tariff system will take effect across all 27 EU member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) starting 1 July 2026.

Key Policy Change: The EU is abolishing the previous duty exemption for low-value parcels. From 1 July 2026, all goods declared through IOSS with a value not exceeding €150 will be subject to a fixed customs duty of €3 per HS tariff code category. All goods entering the EU — regardless of value — will now be subject to customs duties.

To ensure smooth customs clearance and transparent cost management, a handling surcharge of USD $5 has been applied to all standard shipments to EU countries (orders under $500). For orders over USD $500, expedited shipping remains complimentary.

About Taxes & Customs

Standard Shipping (DDP): We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for most destinations. We work with a customs clearance agent to handle all import procedures — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Expedited Shipping (DAP): If you select DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS, shipments are on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected upon delivery.

EU Customers (from 1 July 2026): A $5 USD surcharge applies to standard shipments to EU countries on orders under $500, to cover new mandatory customs processing fees.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before the parcel is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Once the parcel has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • If cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
