The Musician DELPHINUS redefines what an entry-level R2R DAC can be. Built around a genuine R-2R resistor ladder network with ultra-high-precision 0.005% resistors, the DELPHINUS strips away algorithmic shortcuts to deliver music the way it was meant to sound — natural, dynamic, and effortlessly musical.
Housed in a sturdy iron shell, the DELPHINUS maintains the core R2R experience and specification that audiophiles demand, at a price point that makes high-end digital audio accessible to everyone.
No delta-sigma shortcuts. The DELPHINUS uses a pure R-2R resistor ladder network with 0.005% high-precision resistors, combined with a dual R2R+DSD architecture. The result is a natural, analogue-like presentation with exceptional dynamic range and a wide, immersive soundstage.

Balanced XLR and RCA analogue outputs are both included. For best performance, use the XLR output — as a fully balanced DAC, the DELPHINUS shines brightest in balanced mode.
The DELPHINUS features 8 adjustable I2S modes, making it compatible with the vast majority of I2S-capable devices on the market. The unit automatically assigns the appropriate mode based on the connected device — no manual pin configuration required.
Operate the DELPHINUS from across the room with the included remote control — ideal for living room or home office listening setups. Note: Remote ships without batteries (CR2032 required). Use a 2mm Allen wrench to access the battery compartment.
The DELPHINUS benefits from approximately 300 hours of burn-in. We recommend keeping the unit in standby or powered on continuously for the first week after receiving it to achieve optimal performance.

Note: The DELPHINUS is available in 115V and 230V versions. Voltage is factory-set and cannot be manually adjusted — please select the correct version for your region at checkout. We do not recommend connecting both RCA and XLR outputs simultaneously, as this may degrade sound quality.
