The LT-TC5 features a brand new design with connectors made of alloy processed through integrated die-casting for a durable and high-quality feel. The oval shape of the connector shell makes it easier to grip and plug in the cable, while the oxidation-resistant gold-plated plugs ensure a stable connection with good conductivity.
Inside the cable lies one strand of 44 wires and three strands of 18 wires each made of silver-plated pure copper, all protected by an HDPE insulation layer. These wires feature low resistance and stronger conductivity compared to typical copper wires, ensuring more stable transmission of digital signals. The inner sheath is made of highly elastic 95P imitation silicone PVC, which helps protect the inner copper wires and makes the cable softer and resistant against breakage from bending.
The LT-TC5 cable has passed FiiO's rigorous durability tests, which include 5000 plug and unplug tests, salt spray tests, voltage and current tests, lifting tests, swing tests, crush tests, extreme temperature tests, anti-oxidation tests, etc., to ensure a truly reliable cable.
The LT-TC5 is the result of 7 months' worth of careful iteration and consideration of various materials. The highly performant cable has an understated look, yet looks and feels luxurious.
