The Topping DX1 is an all-in-one desktop DAC and headphone amplifier featuring the sub-flagship AKM AK4493S chip from AKM's Velvet Sound lineup. Powered entirely via USB with no external adapter required, the DX1 delivers up to 280mW x2 of clean headphone power alongside a fixed-level RCA line output—making it equally at home driving IEMs, full-size headphones, or a desktop speaker system. With XMOS XU208 USB controller, native DSD256, PCM384 support, and a Discrete LNRD low-noise circuit, the DX1 punches well above its compact size and price.
⚠️ Note: The DX1 does not use an NFCA module. Line out volume is fixed and cannot be adjusted. Headphone amp and line out output simultaneously.
A new tariff system will take effect across all 27 EU member states starting 1 July 2026. The EU is abolishing the duty exemption for low-value parcels — all goods entering the EU will now be subject to customs duties, including a fixed duty of €3 per HS tariff code category for IOSS-declared goods under €150.
A handling surcharge of USD $5 has been applied to all standard shipments to EU countries on orders under $500. Orders over $500 qualify for free expedited shipping.
