Keep it in standby or powered on 24/7 for 300 hours to unlock its full potential and enjoy the best possible sound quality. Please note that connecting both RCA and XLR outputs simultaneously is not recommended, as it can compromise sound quality due to signal sharing. If feasible, we recommend using the XLR output for a superior experience. As a true balanced DAC, DRACO's XLR output offers unparalleled audio performance, ensuring your music is presented in its purest form.

⚠️ Important Notice: EU Customs Reform Effective 1 July 2026

A new tariff system will take effect across all 27 EU member states starting 1 July 2026. The EU is abolishing the duty exemption for low-value parcels — all goods entering the EU will now be subject to customs duties, including a fixed duty of €3 per HS tariff code category for IOSS-declared goods under €150.

A handling surcharge of USD $5 has been applied to all standard shipments to EU countries on orders under $500. Orders over $500 qualify for free expedited shipping.
