The SMSL PL200T MQA-CD Transport elevates CD playback to a reference level with its Precision Access Servo System (P.A.S.S.), developed over two years for rapid, precise reading and paired with custom vibration dampers for exceptional mechanical stability. It supports MQA full decoding, delivering up to 384kHz via USB (limited to 192kHz on SPDIF outputs), alongside high-resolution PCM (up to 768kHz) and DSD (up to 22.5792MHz) through I²S. The inclusion of clock input/output—supporting 44.1kHz or 10MHz with 50/75Ω impedance matching—ensures synchronization with external systems, while multiple low-phase-noise crystals minimize jitter. Encased in a robust, CNC-machined aluminum body with a tempered glass IPS display, the PL200T blends modern functionality with a retro-inspired, lid-open playback design.
